Host
MNM can run on an E4 appliance or be locally installed on Windows, Linux and iOS
hosts. Any consumer-grade laptop should be sufficient.
Networking
All gateways to be managed by MNM must be on the same LAN as the MNM host,
with direct http (port 80) access from the MNM host to all gateways.
Browser

Chrome or FireFox is recommended,

IE is NOT recommended.
Gateway Support Licenses
all gateways managed via MNM must have valid support licenses.
MNM will not be able to retrieve any gateway or node status information from gateways that do
not have valid licenses. PLease do not issue any tickets on a system without valid licenses on
all gateways since they may not complete successfully.
